The first time I wrote you a "birthday blog" I described you as the exclamation point at the end of the sentence that is our family.
I wasn't wrong about that. You were and are the most of the most-est.
The littlest nose
The fiercest tantrums
The widest smile
The heartiest laugh
The tightest hugs
The squishiest cheeks
The freckliest face
The brightest red hair
The loudest voice
The biggest heart
You are the most intense competitor, the most passionate feeler, the most present force in the room. The most of the most in every way.
We planned for you and yet God still found a way to give us the most delightfully surprising gift in creating you to be who you are. You are a lot, my littlest boy, in the absolute bestest way. . . in the way that proves that God gives more than we could ever ask or imagine, so much more love than we could possibly deserve, and exactly what we need to light up our every day.
The gift of you never stops giving. Keep on being the most of most.
Happy 14th, Drew Christopher. We are so very grateful you are ours.
