5 Friday Favorites: November 26, 2021

It's time for my Friday link up with  A Little Bit of Everything and Momfessionals. 

On Fridays I share things that made me happy from the week - a photo, a song, a quote, a beauty product, a recipe, a pair of cute shoes, etc. If it's a product, sometimes it's something I actually own and sometimes something I just saw online that gave me a smile. Sometimes it's serious and sometimes it's silly. I suppose I believe that God is in the simple details of life and yes, I can even find Him in a tube of lipstick.

Happy Friday, Friends. It's been a great week. All my people were together. We spent Thanksgiving at Lake Anna with some where between 20 and 7 million family members give or take. It was insane and chaotic and wonderful and often times, hilarious. I am so grateful for all of them.

Here are some other favorites from the week. I'm sure you have no idea that it is officially Black Friday and the Internet is telling us WE MUST SPEND MONEY NOW, which, of course, we do not. However, here are some things I found that I'm thinking of getting for gifts this year that won't break the bank. It's gonna be quick because I gotta get back to the carbs and the guys and the football.

1. Drawstring Hoodie

This hoodie comes in a bunch of solids and a couple of stripes. It would be a great gift for any of the girls in your life.

2. Puffer Coat

This lightweight puffer coat is very similar to a Sam Edelman coat I got a few years ago for Christmas and much less expensive. It comes in a bunch of colors and is 30% off today!

3. Sweater Tee

I think this lightweight sweater tee is such a cute top to wear under blazers or jackets or just if you are a person who suddenly gets REALLY REALLY hot out of no where. (Hello, peri-menopause. You were not invited.) It comes in all the colors and looks so comfortable.

4. Sherpa Lined Flannel Hoodie

Ok. I'll throw a gift in here for the boys since I've spent some time with some fishermen this week. I mentioned this lined flannel hoodie a few weeks ago. I haven't bought it yet, but after this week, I think all of my guys will be getting one. It's perfect for an outdoorsy guy whether he's fishing, building a fire, hiking, or just drinking beer at an outdoor tailgate.

5. Maeve Blouses by Anthropologie

I think Maeve is one of my very favorite brands of clothing that Anthropologie offers. I LOVE this white blouse. Everything is 30% off at Anthro right now and that is a big ol' deal for them. It's worth a look today if you are looking for a top for holiday parties.

Bonus, of course: Thanksgiving

Of course, my very favorite thing this week was Thanksgiving with my guys. A million Thanksgivings ago I came across this quote on family and I think of it every single Thanksgiving.
