{these moments}: Stars in The Show

{these moments}:  A Friday ritual.  A lot of photos - indulgently focused on my kid* - of some amazing moments from the week.  Simple, special, extraordinary moments. Moments I want to pause, savor and remember.  Moments that a 13 year old baseball player will cherish FOR-EV-ER.

*There were millions of moments to savor from our Kyle's Kamp Memorial Day Weekend Tournament.  In our own family we had 13 games over 5 days, 1 Championship, 1 Runner-Up and lots of miles added to the cars' odometers.  We also gave thanks for players, families and friends who gave over $360,000 to Children's National Medical Center.  Stay tuned for a blog post on www.kyleskamp.org that will focus less on my own kiddo and more on the many, many wonderful people involved in a stunningly beautiful weekend.

**If I haven't mentioned it 324 times, the top four fundraising teams in the Kyle's Kamp tournament among teams in the 13U-16U divisions got the chance to play at Nats Park.  The Stars raised over $11,000 and took the field last week.  Yes, I cried a little bit.
